WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Logistics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing project equipment, and ensuring the efficient and timely distribution of goods. This role requires strong logistical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication abilities.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate equipment records and ensure levels are adequate to meet project schedules.
• Conduct regular equipment audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement and monitor equipment control procedures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency.

Order Fulfilment:

• Process and fulfil customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with the project teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Prepare shipping documents and labels, and arrange transportation for outgoing shipments.

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and complies with safety regulations.

Logistics Coordination:

• Plan and coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.

 
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
