Kowloon Junior School (KJS) is seeking an exceptional Vice Principal to join our senior leadership team. This role requires a dynamic educational leader with strong curriculum development experience within the IB Primary Years Programme, who is also passionate about inclusion and experienced in pastoral support at a whole school level.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of our leadership team to support the school's vision and strategic objectives while directly overseeing the teaching ,learning and wellbeing of students and staff within their designated phase (2 year groups).
KJS is one of the primary schools under the English Schools Foundation (ESF), the largest provider of English-medium international education in Hong Kong, and is a large, well-established five form entry school catering for 900 students from Year 1 to Year 6, and is an IB World School. Teaching and learning at KJS is rich in inquiry and underpinned by a rigorous approach to pedagogy and practice.

- A proven leader of people, curriculum and pedagogy who is committed to leading a culture of continual improvement
- Committed to international education and sensitive to cross cultural contexts
- An effective communicator who is able to promote collegial and collaborative approaches to teaching and learning
