Valuer

Responsibilities

• Responsible to conduct site inspections and prepare valuation reports
• Responsible to conduct market research & analysis
• Responsible to deal with clients and other professions on valuation matters
• Handle unique / complex valuation / consultancy cases

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in real estate / surveying / estate management / economic or finance related discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in real estate valuation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
• Positive, mature, self-motivated, good team player and able to work independently within a tight schedule
• Fluency in English and Putonghua is a must

In-house professional training programme will be provided.
