UX / UI Designer

Job Description

We are expanding our team and looking for passionate and talented professionals to join us and support our continuously growing business. We are looking for Designer to join us to work with our software team to develop enterprise-grade IT solutions. 

Responsibility

• Collaborate with project managers and developers to define and implement system solutions 

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for effective communication 

• Establish, maintain, and evolve design systems and guidelines 

• Present and defend design decisions based on user feedback 

• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency 

• Design marketing materials to support sales and marketing activities 

• Prepare software system documentation on UX and UI design 

• Advocate for best UX/UI practices and stay updated on industry trends 

Requirements

Qualifications 

• Proven work experience as a UX / UI Designer or similar role 

  • Fresh graduates with passion are also welcome to apply 

• Portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of design principals 

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite 

• Experience or knowledge on any following tools, frameworks or programming languages would be an advantage 

  • Material Design 

  • Tailwind / Sass / SCAA / CSS 

  • JavaScript 

  • Swift UI / Xcode Storyboard 

  • Shopify 

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) would be a plus 

Skills

• Self-motivated with a confident and outgoing personality  

• Proactive and goal-oriented mentality  

• Ability to build strong collaborative and meaningful relationships with colleagues in IT and business groups  

• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
