Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Perform user research, conduct usability testing, and collect feedback to continually refine our design process.
• Lead the ongoing development of design frameworks and systems.
• Oversee all aspects of UI/UX design, from strategic planning to implementation.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively convey design concepts and interactions.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement designs, ensuring the final product aligns with design specifications and user expectations.

Requirements

• ​Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or a similar role
• An impressive portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
• Knowledge of user personas and both qualitative and quantitative research; understanding of programming logic is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design reasoning
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with prototyping in HTML/CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage
• Passionate about design and technology
