Translator

 Responsibilities:

• Provide high-standard of translation support of day to day email communication and documents to Function(s)/ Team(s).
• Facilitate effective communication between English and Mandarin speakers within the Company through instant interpretation in difference occasions inside and outside Hong Kong.
• Provide document translation service from English to Chinese and vice versa, using industry jargons in rush turnaround time.
• Work close with boss on the business travel related logistic arrangement.
• Assist to coordinate meeting and ad hoc events.
• Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. Assist in administrative tasks related to communications and projects.
• Ad hoc tasks in translation and interpretation upon request.

 Requirements:

• Degree in Translation
• 3 years or above relevant working experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Well versed in MS Office and Chinese Word processing are necessary
• Good time management and able to work flexibly
• Willing to travel
• Fresh graduated will also be considered
