We are currently inviting a talented professional to join our Hong Kong office for the exciting role of Temporary Merchandising Assistant (Hardgoods).
The Job
-
Support daily operations in the Merchandising Team to ensure smooth order processing from placement to shipment.

Assist in buying trips, offer preparation, and follow up with suppliers on sample development and approval.

Coordinate with internal departments including Quality, Packaging and Corporate Responsibility to ensure alignment with Company standards and requirements.

Track order status and proactively identify and report risks of late shipments.

Maintain accurate and timely records and filing in order management systems.
Requirements
-
Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent.

With 3 years of relevant experience, preferable in European buying offices.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.

Mature personality with a high level of independence and integrity.

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Work period from October 2025 to February 2026
