Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop detailed test plans, test scenarios and preparation for Oracle Application implementation project
• Manage the testing process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with project stakeholders
• Identify and track defects, and work closely with developers and software vendor to ensure timely resolution
• Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Collaborate with project team (onshore and offshore) to ensure that all testing activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables
• Participate in the development of project documentation, including test plans, requirements specifications, test summary, and user manuals
• Provide regular status updates on testing activities to project stakeholders
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
• Stay updated with Oracle application updates, new features, and industry best practices to enhance testing practices.

Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience as an Oracle Test Lead or a similar role, with a solid understanding of Oracle applications and related testing processes
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or other Oracle application modules
• Experience in leading and managing a team of testers
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Experience in test automation is a plus
• Experience in Oracle system deployment is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and reporting status to business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
