Our guests' safety and comfort always come first. Which is why we're seeking a Technician – Painter for Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong to ensure the Hotel equipment is operated in accordance with Kimpton standards and to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.

A little taste of your day-to-day 
您的日常工作簡要 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 
每一天都是不同的一天，但大致工作内容如下： 

• Handling new hotel projects, including checking and inspecting wall and ceiling finishings  
  處理新酒店項目,包括驗收油漆(大油及細油)及牆紙工作 
• Carrying out hotel daily repairing work and preventive maintenance work 
  執行酒店日常內部維修工作及防護性保養工作 
• Housekeeping for all plant rooms  
  清潔機房 
• Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor  
  向工程督導報告 

What we need from you
我們對您的要求 

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Painting and Wallpaper field or equivalent  
  至少2年有關油漆(大油及細油)及牆紙工作經驗, 或同等資歷 
• Education F.3 or equivalent 
  中三或同等學歷 
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) 
  持有建築業安全訓練證明書（綠卡） 
• Experience in handling hotel opening is preferrable 
  具有處理酒店開業經驗者優先 
• Strong technical hands-on skills 
  優秀的實際操作技能 
• Good communication ability 
  良好的溝通技巧
