Technician (drones)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Exterior Damage Assessment:

• Inspect the exterior of drones and related products to identify any damage, wear, or cosmetic issues.

• Record damage details and provide recommendations for repair or replacement.

1. Functional Damage Assessment & Testing:

• Test the core functions of drones (e.g., flight stability, camera performance, positioning accuracy).

• Use specialized testing equipment to evaluate hardware and software performance.

• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and provide repair suggestions.

1. Indoor Flight Testing:

• Conduct flight tests in a controlled indoor environment to assess drone performance, control, stability, and features.

• Ensure accurate testing data in compliance with company standards.

1. System Operation:

• Proficiently use internal systems and related software to input and update product inspection data.

• Analyze system data to ensure the completeness and accuracy of inspection and operation records.

1. Shipping and Receiving Management:

• Handle the receipt and shipment of drones and related accessories, including stock-in and stock-out processes, and liaise with logistics.

• Ensure all products are properly packaged and safely transported.

• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure product quantities match system records.

1. On-the-Job Training:

• Actively participate in internal training programs to quickly learn drone repair, testing, and operational processes.

• Stay updated with the latest product technologies and inspection standards through training.

Participate in regular skill assessments, improve workflows, and continuously enhance efficiency and quality
