Technical Support

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting IT system infrastructure design, system administration, system deployment and development;
• Assist seniors to provide maintenance and support services on the hardware equipment;
• Perform system / network support (Server, OS, Networking) for Engineer

Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• Cert with Cisco CCNA is an advantage
• Minimum 3 year experience of IT working experience
• Graduates with less experience also be considered
• Good in English
• Willing to learn
