職位描述

Responsibilities

  • Solid working experience in supporting Windows client workstations (e.g. Win7, Win10)
  • Solid working experience in supporting mobile solutions (e.g. MDM, MAM, Mobile phone and tablet)
  • Experience in managing corporate clients’ machines via central management system (e.g. SCCM, EPO)
  • Experience in Avaya PABX system and MS Teams Room will be an advantage
  • Experience in supporting endpoint security protection software (e.g. Anti-Virus, Device Control, Whitelisting, Sandboxing)
  • Experience in supporting client software (e.g. MS Office, packaging software)
  • Knowledge in advanced client tools (e.g. Video conferencing, secure instant message)


Requirement

  • Diploma/High Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 1 year of working experience in End User Services and solutions Banking or Financial Services experience will be an advantage
  • Experience in Inventory and Asset Management
  • Experience in Secure File Transfer System
  • Solid experience in server and system software products
  • Microsoft, VMWare and ITIL Training will be an advantage
  • Holder of MCSE/MCSA/MCITP/CCNA or relevant certifications is preferred
