Technical Support (Audio)

Our office is located in Kwai Chung while our manufacturing partners are based in Germany and  Donggun, China. The application would be required to communicate between our clients and the factory.
 

To ensure high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional automotive after-sales service, which includes handling customer enquiries, facilitating maintenance / repair works and providing technical advices and quotation to customers in our Service Centre.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily maintenance work
• Prepare quotation, estimate and budget for maintenance work
• Assist manager in renovation project and improvement work
• Assist manager to provide quality services to customer
• To liaise with internal and external customers to ensure smooth run in the performance
• Follow up any claim e.g. product recall from our client
• Organized, focused to work on multiple tasks
• Providing support on other ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above.
• Preferably with work experience in audio field
• Fluent English speaking/listening/writing ability
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Basic knowledge of product design and manufacturing
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and pleasant personality
• Good communication and organization skills, detail-minded is a MUST
