About the role

Our Client is looking for a Technical Services Manager, Building Services to join their facilitiy management team

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the technical delivery of building services projects, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and control systems
• Coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure successful project delivery
• Implementing quality control measures and monitoring project progress to identify and address any potential problems
• Optimising building systems performance and energy efficiency
• Preparing technical reports and documentation to support project deliverables
• Mentoring and developing junior members of the technical team

What we're looking for

• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related field

• 8+ years of experience in a similar technical service management role within the building services industry

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex building services projects
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and control systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
• Proficient in using relevant software tools and technologies
