Technical Services Executive (Hardlines - Toys)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist managers of respective testing laboratory in testing development
• Provide technical support and consultancy to operations / customer services / frontlines / clients
• Organize and delivering seminar and training (internal and external)
• Develop new services upon client’s specification or updated requirements

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Physical / Engineering / Product Testing or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in hardlines lab
• Sound knowledge in international regulations and standards of toys / hardlines items (eg. eyewear, food contact product, packaging materials, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical ability, positive attitude and attention to details
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
