Technical Presales Engnieer

1)      Facilitate Project Co-Ordination and Presales support on ELV systems and products, including CCTV, access control, test & measurement, and PA products (On the-job trainings are provided by product providers).

2)      Collaborate with sales teams in providing presales and on-site technical support; conduct demonstrations and Presales presentations on the supported products and solutions to meet the business requirements of corporate/retail customers and business partners.

3)      Provide training on the operation of the equipment for clients, testing and trouble-shooting, solving technical problems.

4)      Participate in seminars, shows, and exhibitions

5)      Provide evaluation and assessment on the requisition of new products.

6)      Ad hoc duties as assigned by management

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years relevant experience, applicants of less experience and qualifications will be considered as Assistant Product Support Engineer.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing in both Chinese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Windows Operation system, networking, and computer hardware is an advantage.
