Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software developers, provide technical guidance and support, hands-on support to internal and external parties throughout the software development life cycle to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop innovative solutions, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in the industry, proactively recommend their adoption to enhance development processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance principles.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues and challenges related to cloud software development and integration, proposing effective solutions to mitigate risks and ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of experience in full life-cycle software development (includes analysis, architecture, and design documentation)
• Deep understanding of software development practices, architecture principles, and system integration
• Hands-on experience in mobile app and web development, with proficiency in frameworks and programming languages such as React, React Native, Node.js, Java, Python, and .NET.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g. Azure, AWS) and databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Understanding of CI/CD solutions (e.g., GitHub, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins), version control, automated testing, and monitoring tools (e.g. Kibana and Dynatrace)
• Experience in Application Support and Maintenance, incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution would be an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
• Able to think creatively and analyze complex technical issues
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in both Cantonese and English
• Immediate Available is preferred
