System Support Officer

The position on offer encompasses providing front-line support to in-house system users, under the direction of our deeply experienced team, including

• installing, maintaining and trouble-shooting workstations, servers and network infrastructure, analogue and digital audio hardware;
• assisting users in equipment operation;
• trouble-shooting fault conditions and carrying out replacements or repairs;
• maintaining relevant records to a high degree of accuracy.

Pre-requisites are

• Diploma in IT-related discipline;
• Experience in supporting audio or video systems
• Good relevant academic record;
• Fluent Cantonese and good written business English;
• Candidates lacking a tertiary qualification will be considered if having Level 2 English, a good HKDSEE pass, and at least two years' relevant experience in a similar role.

Competitive remuneration, a five-day week, and 10 days' annual leave will be offered to the successful applicant.
