System Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst with hands-on development in enterprise software application. In this role, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring the successful delivery of software systems that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for software systems.
• Work closely with software engineers to translate requirements into system designs, providing technical insights and guidance.
• Provide hands-on expertise as a senior developer, participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices, and driving high-quality software development.
• Contribute to solution architecture design, considering technical feasibility, scalability, and maintainability.
• Identify potential performance bottlenecks and propose optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural decisions, design patterns, implementation details, and code documentation.
• Mentor and coach junior software engineers, sharing your expertise and guiding their technical growth.
• Assess and mitigate technical risks, providing insights and strategies to minimize potential issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate change requests, assess impact, and facilitate informed decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes, setting up automated build and deployment pipelines.
• Actively participate in Agile software development practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and at least one front-end UI framework such as React.js (ReactJS) or Flutter.

Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript, with exposure to TypeScript being a plus.

Demonstrated ability to apply good programming practices in responsive and mobile-first design.

Managing complex asynchronous operations, including concurrent RESTful API integration using JavaScript Promise.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development or System Analysis.

Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility is desirable.

Passion for and a good sense of UX/UI design.

Familiarity with front-end testing tools and testing frameworks is advantageous.
