System Engineer / IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support and troubleshooting to headquarters and retail stores
• Support on Microsoft 365 related products and services
• Perform regular server maintenance and application upgrades
• Monitor and enhance system and network performance
• Maintain IT inventory record and documents of infrastructure setup

• Coordinate and implementation IT projects

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Information technology or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge and experience in infrastructure such as MS Windows, MS Exchange server, Microsoft 365, virtualization, backup & recovery and system & network monitoring
• Basic Knowledge of Firewall, Switching and Routing technologies
• Having a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Holder of MCSA/CCNA is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as IT Support
