Plan and deploy system changes, such as security patches, configuration updates, and application installations.
Manage updates for Windows (e.g., Windows Server 2019/2022) and Linux (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS) systems.
Implement basic network changes, including firewall rules or VLAN configurations, as required.
Leverage automation tools like Ansible to streamline change deployment and ensure consistency.
Perform manual changes when automation is not applicable or for specific requirements.
Validate changes through testing and log analysis to confirm system stability and compliance.
Document change processes and outcomes in change management systems.
Collaborate with IT teams to schedule changes, including during non-office hours or Saturdays when necessary.
