System Analyst (IT Solution)

Job Description

·         Understand company’s products (Hospital Information Systems/IoMT solutions) and prepare business and technical proposals, sales demos, and presentations to create business value

·         Collaborate with Business Development Department and R&D to craft solution materials and proposals for client engagements.

·         Act as a technical liaison between healthcare clients and R&D teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and solutions

·         Participate in client meetings to gather needs and translate them into actionable technical recommendations

·         Research AI/healthcare tech trends and conduct competitor analysis to inform product strategy

·         Travel frequently to Hong Kong

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

·         3-5 years in technical solution design, pre-sales, business and technical proposal writing and presentation (healthcare sector preferred)

·         Fluent in Cantonese (mandatory) and Mandarin; English proficiency advantageous

·         Less experienced candidates may be considered for IT Solution Assistant Manager

·         Welcome applicants under Hong Kong's Professionals, QMAS, or TTPS

岗位职责

·         主深入理解公司核心产品（医院信息系统/IoMT解决方案），独立撰写商业及技术方案书，制作销售演示与展示材料，将技术特性转化为客户可感知的商业价值

·         协同业务开发团队与研发团队，共同制定面向客户的解决方案材料及合作提案

·         担任医疗客户与研发团队的技术桥梁，精准传递需求与解决方案

·         参与客户会议，挖掘需求并输出可落地的技术建议

·         研究AI/医疗科技趋势及竞品分析，指导产品战略制定

·         高频次赴香港出差

任职要求

·         学历要求：信息技术、计算机科学、管理信息系统等相关专业本科及以上学历

·         经验要求：拥有技术方案设计、售前、商业及技术方案书撰写与演示方面三至五年经验（具医疗行业经验者优先）

·         语言能力：粤语流利（必需项）、普通话标准，英语能力突出者优先

·         技能加分项：具备技术演示方案制作经验，及熟悉医疗信息化系统架构

·         经验较浅者可申请「IT解决方案助理经理」岗位
