System Administrator / System Engineer (5 days)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure & System Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain internal office systems (e.g., OA platforms, email servers, file-sharing services).
• Manage cloud resources (AWS, Alibaba Cloud) for internal applications, resolve basic alerts, and troubleshoot server/network issues.
• Maintain local network infrastructure, including firewall configurations, VPN setups, and endpoint security updates.

2.    Technical Support & Documentation

• Provide first-line support for employees, resolving hardware/software issues (e.g. PC malfunctions, printer errors) and escalating complex problems.
• Assist in deploying and configuring internal applications, including user account setup and data migration.
• Perform routine backups for critical systems and document recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.

3.    Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work with department heads to implement IT policies (e.g., access controls, password management).
• Develop and update bilingual (Chinese/English) operational manuals and troubleshooting guides.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years in IT support for small/mid-sized enterprises, preferably in internal system maintenance.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration and scripting (Batch/PowerShell).
• Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN) and security tools (firewalls, antivirus).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Language: Fluency in Chinese and English.
