Responsibilities

• Execute server backup and test
• Regular patch updates and software upgrades
• Daily monitor, maintain the computer systems and network of the organization
• Participate in IT projects planning & roll out as assigned
• Provide IT support as required
• Support IT system documentation and IT operation flow improvement
• Maintain the tracking and inventory update of all IT equipment
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or higher in Computer Science / Information System, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of in-house IT working experience
• Experience in new IT environment setup is desirable
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, dynamics, enthusiastic, detail-minded, and responsible
• Good communication and interpersonal skill. A team player
• Immediately available is a definite advantage
