- Handle purchasing and order processing
- Maintain inventory accuracy and system updating, including purchase orders and all related incoming & outgoing documents
- QC Inspection planning and scheduling
- Ensure smooth order processes & accurate order fulfilment with ERP system
- Organize and follow-up logistics
- Perform regular stock take in warehouse to ensure stock levels are in line with ERP system
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- 3-5 years relevant experience in Planning / Supply Chain function
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic commercial environment
- Sound negotiation, interpersonal and people skills
- Responsible and adaptive, self-motivated along with strong analytical mindset
- Good command of written/ spoken English and Chinese
Advanced Excel user with hands on ERP/ planning tool experience
