Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update purchase documents, follow procurement process, prepare and follow purchase orders for supporting daily operations
  • Handle daily logistics operations of shipment schedule, goods receiving and storage, order handling and order delivery schedule
  • Manage inbound shipment and prepare shipping and import/export documents such as import licence and certification
  • Assist in cost analysis, keep track and monitor stocks level for maintaining optimal stocks, reducing wastage and controlling cost
  • Work closely with sales team and warehouse for purchase needs and forecast, ordering system and inventory management
  • Responsible for the data maintenance of the inventory management system
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Degree holder in Purchasing/Supply Chain Management or relevant business subjects
  • 1-2 years relevant experience and experience in food & beverage industry/retail management will be an advantage
  • Capable of multi-tasks and with good communication and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and purchasing/logistics system
