To cope with the rapid growth of the company, we are currently looking for a Supply Chain Executive at our growing location in HongKong

Main Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for the Order Processing, Scheduling, Distribution planning.

·         Monitor supplier production schedule and update Sales team on customer order status

·         Maintain accurate material inventory levels and perform cycle count/annual stock count at the factories

·         Prepare export shipments from the factories/Shenzhen bonded warehouse to Germany, USA, and e-commerce marketplaces

·         Work with Sales team , Engineer team , Purchasers, Shenzhen bonded warehouse to ensure seamless coordination and communication

·         Assist in ad hoc assignments

Skills and Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail

·         Proactive and able to work independently with suppliers and forwarders

·         Fluent in English and Mandarin

·         Knowledgeable with MS Dynamics 365

·         High proficiency in using MS Office applications

·         Immediate available or short notice is preferred
