Supply Chain and Logistics Executive

Job Description

• Assist and manage the end-to-end supply chain and logistics operation to meet customer expectations.
• Manage demand planning with customers and ensure orders are processed accurately
• Liaison with suppliers and freight forwarders for timely delivery
• Handle importation and shipping documents
• Assist in cost analysis, keep track and monitor stock with warehouse
• Prepare regular shipment tracking report
• Identify and support on improvement of supply chain logistics process and workflow to maximize operational efficiency
• Perform other ad-hoc supply chain duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Transportation, Logistics or related disciplines is preferable
• 4 years + working experience in Logistics or Shipping industries
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong, China and Southeast Asia logistics for food product
• Detail oriented, problem-solving, strong sense of ownership and autonomy
• Good communication and interpersonal skill in multinational environment
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Supply Chain and Logistics Executive.
