工作職責:

• 主動為顧客提供服務，令顧客擁有良好的購物體驗
• 細心聆聽並了解顧客的需求，提供產品介紹及穿搭建議
• 與顧客建立良好關係 處理日常店鋪運作，保持貨場及倉庫整潔

入職要求:

• 中學或以上學歷要求
• 具二年或以上相關銷售經驗
• 具時尚觸覺，並熱衷於提供高質素顧客服務
• 具領導能力、熱情有禮、擁有團隊合作精神、正向思維
• 流利廣東話, 基本普通話及英語。
• 工作時間 : 全職- 每天工作 8 小時, 每月7-8天例假 [輪班輪休]

Job Duties:

• Build strong rapport and lasting relationships with customers.
• Actively listen to customer needs, provide detailed product information and styling recommendations to assist their purchasing decisions.
• Proactively engage with customers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Exhibit a collaborative team-oriented approach, demonstrating the versatility to manage multiple tasks and a willingness to tackle new challenges.
• Oversee daily store operations, maintaining a neat and organized sales floor and warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

• Secondary education or above
• At least two year or relevant sales experience
• Luxury retail experience with client database is a plus
• Fluent in Cantonese, basic Mandarin and English.
• Working hours: Full-time - 8 hours a day, 7-8 days off per month [shifts and breaks]
