Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance the AI-Powered Work Injury Management Platform.

- Participate in AI application development, focusing on LLM integration, prompt engineering, training and deploying AI models, and developing RAG systems.

- Analyze proprietary data to derive insights and improve system performance and user experience.

- Communicate with system users and the development team to gather and clarify system requirements and test the system.

Qualifications

- Studying in Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with system users and development teams.

- Experience in AI model training and deployment

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

Job Title: Software Engineer (Web / Backend Development)

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with teams to prepare user requirement specifications

- Work collaboratively with the team to develop software features within our enterprise software stack.

- Participate in software application development, emphasizing both front-end and back-end development as well as database management.

- Liaise with system users and the development team to gather and clarify requirements, and conduct system testing.

Qualifications

- Studying in Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with system users and development teams.

- Experience in software development, particularly with web development.

- Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git, Bitbucket, and project management tools like JIRA

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Javascript, React JS.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs

- Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and others.

Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

- Collaborate in an agile environment as part of scrum teams, focusing on refining delivery approaches for maximum efficiency.

- Engage with business users, vendors, and the internal IT team to facilitate seamless project delivery.

- Develop functional specifications to guide product development and ensure clear communication of project requirements.

- Deliver project rollout presentations to stakeholders and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.

- Implement and launch digital products and applications, conduct user training sessions and organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Oversee project releases and maintain high quality by coordinating activities and managing vendor relationships.

- Conduct post-go-live reviews and provide ongoing operational support to ensure system effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Studying in Information Technology, Business Administration in computing major or related principles.

- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with system users and development teams.

- Familiarity with Agile Scrum

- Familiarity with JIRA, Web and API Development and SQL would be a plus

- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
