Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Act as TCP T3 in RC’s Stream TC-T3 to supervise building projects.
• Prepare temporary works design, method statement, and advise in construction operational matters.
• Liaise with the Client/Project Consultant to handle engineering matters.
• Attend regular site meetings with the Client/Project Consultant /sub-contractors.
• Supervise and/or carry out inspection of works and material in accordance with the contract requirements.
• Monitor site progresses and prepare site progress report.
• Liaise with Architect/Client/Consultant and sub-contractors for technical matters.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Civil/Structural Engineering;
• Minimum 3 years site experience in Hong Kong building projects;
• Solid experience in preparation of method statement and routine site work coordination;
• Basic CAD drafting skill;
• Experience with BIM is an advantage;
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
