Responsibilities
  • Assisting the kitchen team in high-quality food making process.
  • Maintaining smooth daily food production & kitchen operation.
  • Understanding of kitchen hygiene practices, keeping the kitchen cleanliness.
  • Working with kitchen team to achieve goals.
  • Involving in control of food costs according to budgets.


Requirements

  • Must have good knowledge and relevant experience of culinary technique.
  • Motivated with a willingness to learn & be a good collaborator.
  • Able to communication in English.
  • With valid HKID and fully vaccinated is necessary.
