We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Adobe Campaign Standard Consultant to join our innovative marketing technology team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record of leveraging Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS) to deliver impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns. With at least 2 years of hands-on ACS experience or 5+ years in IT consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and optimizing campaigns that drive customer engagement across channels like email, SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, and Line. Key Responsibilities

·        Campaign Configuration: Configure and optimize Adobe Campaign Standard to align with business objectives, ensuring seamless campaign execution.

·        Workflow Design & Automation: Build and refine sophisticated workflows to automate marketing campaigns, enhancing efficiency and scalability.

·        Multi-Channel Execution: Drive personalized customer experiences by executing campaigns across diverse channels, including email, SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, and Line.

·        Data Segmentation & Personalization: Leverage customer data to create targeted segments and deliver highly personalized marketing communications.

·        Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to translate business needs into actionable campaign strategies.

·        Troubleshooting & Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues in ACS configurations, ensuring flawless campaign performance.

·        Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and compliance.


Qualifications

·        Experience:

o   Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Standard, including campaign setup, workflow development, and reporting.

o   5+ years of IT consultancy experience, with a focus on marketing technology or CRM solutions.

·        Technical Skills:

o   Deep expertise in ACS features, including audience segmentation, dynamic content, and multi-channel integration.

o   Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.

o   Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) for segmentation and analysis.

·        Soft Skills:

o   Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

o   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

o   Collaborative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.


Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience with complementary marketing platforms, such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.

·        Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in secure marketing communications.

·        Adobe Campaign Standard certification (e.g., Business Practitioner or Developer) is a strong plus.

·        Exposure to emerging channels like WhatsApp Business API or Line for marketing purposes.
