Software teaching

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and software training workshops (online & classroom) to end user
• Participate in the development of product and solution training materials
• Gather feedback from end user to enhance existing and future material
• On-job training will be provided

Requirements

• Diploma holder with interest in IT, education or healthcare
• Relevant technical, STEM or tutoring background with 2-3 years experience;
• Fast learner and willing to keep up with technical knowledge on products and software features
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proficiency in Chinese and English
