Social Media Officer – HKJC Online Youth Emotional Support Open Up 3.0

• Social Media Officer
• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree holder
• 2 years or above in Social Media production

Responsibilities:

• Assist to execute online and offline promotion plans for OpenUp’s branding programmes & services
• Organize and manage both regular & ad hoc contents updates for social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube and Instagram etc
• Adapt SEO & SEM initiatives to generate traffic, drive the performance of programmes / services or enhance the brand awareness
• Support in analysis of performance tracking
• Coordinate with advertising agency for contents production
• Monitor and support on daily enquiries from all online user touch points
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Working location: Wanchai & Tin Wan

Requirements:

• Associate Degree holder or above in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
• At least 2 years of experiences in digital /social media marketing
• Proactive, creative, responsible, attentive to details and able to work independently
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint (Chinese inputting is required)
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (both written & spoken)
• Familiar with digital marketing and analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Experience with website management and SEM/SEO will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of info-graphic designs, photo and video editing software (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and Final Cut Pro) is a plus
