Social Media & Marketing Specialist

What you will do:

• Plan, organize, and execute online marketing campaigns, including post design, video editing, graphic design, copywriting, and on-camera presentations.
• Manage and operate official Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media accounts.
• Create compelling video scripts and dialogues for marketing purposes.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and contribute innovative ideas to campaigns.
• Assist in setting up ad campaigns on social media platforms and search engines and optimizing performance.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align content with our brand and campaign goals
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assig9ned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Journalism, Communications, Creative Media, or Multimedia.
• At least 1 year of marketing experience, with a focus on social media content creation.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
• Basic skills in photo shooting.
• Strong creativity with a deep understanding of digital and social media trends.
• Proficiency in using AI tools is a plus.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Knowledgeable and interest in Real Estate and Finance Market.
• Creative writing skill in Chinese is a must; and in English is a plus.
