• Craft engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
• Utilize social listening tools to monitor trends, track brand mentions, and understand audience needs to inform strategy and content creation.
• Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for improvement.
• Monitor and report on competitor activity within social media spaces.
