Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the whole project status.
• Assistance in tender bidding and associated tender documentation.
• Provide project coordination on site and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, factory and suppliers.
• Assistance in subletting contract work to suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Preparation and completion of shop drawings, as-build drawings and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experiences in project management and fit-out work.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and working drawings is preferable.

Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Assistance in tender bidding and associated tender documentation.
• Responsible for general project coordination and supervision to site works.
• Provide project coordination on site and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, factory and suppliers.
• Assistance in subletting contract work to suppliers and sub-contractors.

• Preparation and completion of shop drawings, as-build drawings and project documentation.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experiences in fit-out work/A&A projects.
• Knowledgeable in fit out installation details and sequence of works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and working drawings is preferable.
• Capacity of safety supervisor and TCP 1 is a merit.

Project Assistant

Responsibilities

• General filing of daily project documents and information
• Logistic arrangement of project materials
• Material procuring
• Checking and prepare vendor payment certificates and invoices to client
• Other supporting tasks to Project team such as preparation of progress report, programme, defect list, etc.

Requirements

• No particular experience is required
• Diligent, with strong common sense and eager to learn
• Able to read/ write English
• Cheerful and Optimistic
