Site Supervisor (Fitting-out) (LCCL-SS-2025-01)

Lam Construction Company Limited is a member of the Lam Group with professional expertise in high-ended interior fitting works.   We are now offering the following career opportunities to talented individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor work progress and manage workmanship on site to ensure project quality meets client’s standards;
• Liaise with both internal & external parties to facilitate site progress according to the project schedule;
• Monitor the site safety measures;
• Prepare site documents and maintain proper project filing.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / Construction related discipline;
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in high-end interior contracting. Experience in residential, hotel & house club projects is highly preferred;
• Knowledge of site measurement, quantity surveying & quality control process is preferred;
• Good communication and site management skills;
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive and hard-working;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Site Supervisor.
