Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a site coordination, site administration, or technical assistant role within the Hong Kong facade industry.
Essential: Experience working for a subcontractor, specifically in façade, cladding, glass works, curtain wall, and/or structural steel/metalworks is highly advantageous.
- Solid understanding of Hong Kong construction site practices, safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, site safety management systems), and basic quality control principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6 - advantage) is preferred. Familiarity with BIM (Basic Level) is a plus.
Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is beneficial.
