Sentian Spatial Construction Limited is a main contracting company specialized in renovation and construction of commercial interiors.  Sentian provides a wide range of services including but not limited to construction, fitting out, reinstatement, MEP design, fixed & loose furniture, construction management, design implementation and shop drawings. To cater for its development, we are now looking for high caliber individual to join our company as: 

Site Manager  (Fit-Out Project)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•    Responsible for managing various types of new, re-stack fit-out and reinstatement projects within the approved time frame and budget for the company in Hong Kong, China

•    Assist the Project Manager in overall planning and monitoring of construction work

•    Site coordination and technical drawings for fitting out and renovation projects

•    Track, develop and report the ongoing progress, ensure quality and safety standards are met

•    Monitor the work progress and responsible for documentation submission and email follow up

•    Coordinate with clients and project team for the project follow-up / E&M vendors

•    Ensure the material orders and logistics meet with project progress and deadlines

•    Manage performance of all contractors, and suppliers

•    Manage site issues including quality, safety and environment

REQUIREMENTS:

•    Degree/Higher Diploma/IVE/DSE in Building Studies / Construction/ Engineering or equivalent

•    Minimum 5 years experience or above in building/fitting-out of commercial or residential projects

•    Strong leadership skills, aggressive personality, good internal & external communication skills, can work under high pressure and meet deadline

•    Good Spoken & written English and Chinese

•    Able to work independently and strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills

•    Knowledge of Interior design drawings & details

•    Immediate available is preferred
