We are looking for a self-motivated, personable, client focused person with strong relationship building & organisation skills with an eye for detail and passion for customer service excellence. The Showroom Concierge will be responsible for managing the upkeep, running and presentation of the JEB HK showroom.

Role & Responsibilities 

    Handle the organisation, upkeep and maintenance of the JEB HK showroom
    Work with sales and marketing to deliver an exceptional, seamless showroom client experience and look.
    Assist with showroom events, workshops, and lunch and learns with internal depts reporting to the HK Marketing Manager for budget planning, vendor coordination and booking, set up, clean up.
    Work with the CMO and HK Marketing Manager on the showroom displays to ensure displays, and products are presented at a premium level, branded, labelled and regularly updated (as per showroom guidelines)
    Manage the showroom calendar and inform all staff of upcoming visits to ensure clean desks and that displays, and product ranges are up to-date and functioning.
    Manage and take all telephone enquiries and transfer critical information to related parties to follow-up, e.g. Tendering, repairment request, promote our company brands to phone-in clients.
    Courier service support for JEB depts
    Ensure 5-star showroom service & quality at all times
    Coordinate with the office assistant team if events are happening or extra duties are needed for client and showroom visits.
    Assist with the management and control of material samples, merchandise and brochures
    Reorder from the vendor for renewing samples as needed
    Prepare samples and displays for sales team presentations, as well as sample database management
    Prepare JHK marketing sample boards and align with sales teams to confirm surface sample usage. Ensure correct formatting
    Ensure all furniture tags and signage are correct and updated with the designers for all showroom displays
    Look after the showroom facilities such as: wine cellar in 9/F, coffee machine on 4/F, Music system & speakers (all floors), Arranging maintenance if needed
    Perform stocktaking for every season of samples’, merchandise and materials


Requirements

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office reception or administration
  • Good command of written and spoken in both English and Chinese; fluency in English would be a bonus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Responsible, well-organized, detail-minded and ability to multitasks
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Immediately available preferred.
