Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities:

• F. 5 level / HKDSE (Grade 3+ in English or Mathematics) or above
• Minimum 3 years logistic experience
• Handle full set I/E documents and experience in ERP system is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good command of English and fluent Putonghua as well as Cantonese
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and follow through on required tasks
• Good team player and good interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility

Requirements:

• Work closely with internal merchandising team and suppliers
• Coordinate and follow up delivery arrangement with forwarders and suppliers
• Handle booking, export documents and customer payment
• Assist in general office work and ad hoc tasks as required
