Shipping Clerk (3 months contract)

• Able to handle full set of import and export documents, L/C process and banking documents;
• To liaise with shipping forwarders for shipment and transport arrangement and price negotiation
• Communicate between Sales Operations and vendors on orders and shipments
• Monitor shipments to make sure on time delivery
• To prepare the monthly shipping schedule, quotation
• To prepare the monthly sales performance report
• Data entry and filing for analysis
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics/Business/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in Shipping field
• Knowledgeable in handling full set import and export shipping documents and L/C banking documents
• Positive working attitude, self-motivated, responsible, good communication skill and a good team player, strong in problem solving
• Proactive working attitude, mature, independent, details-oriented and self-motivated
• Good analytical and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good written and oral English and Mandarin
