Service Engineer / Assistant Engineer (Mechanical)

Responsibilities

Responsible for the Maintenance, Alteration and Additional Works in Mechanical Ventilation and Air-Conditioning System, include tendering, contract management, site progress monitoring, subcontractor management and coordination with relevant parties etc.

 Requirements

High Certificate or above holder in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical engineering discipline;

Minimum  5 years’ experience in relevant filed, candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Engineer;

Good communication and customer service skill;

Self-motivated, Initiative and work independently;

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

Knowledge of PC and Autocad;

Registered Electrical Worker will be an advantage.
