Job Description:

The Service Delivery Manager will oversee IT service delivery operations in Hong Kong, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will manage resources effectively, handle customer escalations, and demonstrate strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Escalation Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring swift and effective resolution of issues;
• Resource Coordination: Plan and allocate resources to meet project and service delivery requirements;
• Service Monitoring: Ensure services are delivered according to agreed SLAs and quality standards;
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty;
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery processes and implement best practices;
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the delivery team to achieve performance goals and ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: English (verbal and written);
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT service delivery or a related field;
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, systems, and processes;
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess challenges and implement effective solutions under pressure;
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and team members;
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
