Senior System Engineer

Job Description
 

• Responsible for electronics development (component sourcing, PCB optimization for mass production), software development, and systems design & integrate
• Degree or above in Engineering
• No less than 2 years previous working experience is preferred

Responsibilities:
 

• Participate in the development project of an in-vitro diagnostic device;
• Analyzing market and industry product trends
• Manage design issues including system architecture, software and manufacturability issues associated with the product development
• Responsible for electronics development (component sourcing, PCB optimization for mass production), software development, and systems design & integrate
• Carry out feasibility study, reliability study, prototype testing and verification
• Control costs and budgets
• Develop engineering policies and practices
• Support lab testing issues, problems and process

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering or related field
• 2-3 years related working experience in electronic field and team management experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge on electronic design, design for manufacturing
• Technical knowledge in PCB layout, circuit design, MCU programming
• Experience in DFM, DFMEA is a plus
• Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Strong problem-solving skills, responsible, independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
• Leadership and organization skills, ability to manage multiple projects
