Senior System Analyst

dRoW (Digital Record of Works) is a project management platform designed to revolutionize every aspect of construction. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior System Analyst to lead the design and delivery of innovative, AI-driven digital solutions. Role Overview

You will play a central role in delivering a secure, user-friendly platform that integrates AI, OCR, semantic search, and data visualization. Working closely with stakeholders, engineers, and users, you will ensure seamless system integration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements & Analysis - Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements; translate needs into clear system specifications.

• Solution Design - Design workflows for document processing, AI/LLM, OCR, semantic search, and data visualization; define data models and integration points.

• Project Leadership - Oversee implementation from design to user acceptance; coordinate with development, AI/ML engineers.

• Quality Assurance - Develop test plans, validate system functions, and optimize performance and user experience.

• Documentation & Support - Prepare technical documentation and training materials; support user onboarding and provide post-launch support.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

• 5+ years in system analysis (at least 1 year in a senior/lead role).

• Experience with cloud-based, data-driven platforms.

• Construction, engineering, or cost management sector experience is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of AI/OCR, vector/semantic search, data visualization, and database design; experience with LLM integration and web-based architecture.

• Proactive, eager to learn, and quick to adapt to new technologies and AI tools.

• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business teams, ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
