What you will be doing…
Prospect & Qualify- Identify high-potential leads through inbound inquiries, referrals, and multi-channel outreach.
Consult & Convert- Understand client pain points and propose customized digital marketing solutions to win new business.
Onboard & Integrate-Ensure smooth client handover and onboarding to the service team while setting clear expectations for long-term success.
Nurture & Retain - Maintain ongoing relationships with clients through check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic advice.
Expand & Upsell – Spot opportunities to upgrade client plans with new services.
Analyze & Optimize- Achieve sales KPI and refine strategies to hit monthly targets.
Review & Report – Collaborate with the marketing team to track ROI, address issues, and renew contracts proactively.
Stay Ahead- Keep up with digital marketing trends to position our agency as an industry leader.
Who we are looking for…
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account servicing, preferably in digital marketing or related field
- Basic understanding of digital marketing industry is a plus
- Self-motivated, results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
- Creative mindset with strong passion about marketing and the digital world
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate both internally and externally
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Cantonese
