Senior Sales and Business Development Manager

Role Overview: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Sales & Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in a high-pressure environment, balancing multiple responsibilities ranging from sales and product innovation to business liaison and clinic visits. Key Responsibilities: 

• Product Innovation & Development
• Lead the development and implementation of SaaS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with market needs.
• Doctor Recruitment:
• Drive the recruitment of panel doctors in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Manage TPA insurance coverage, billing, and settlement processes.
• Promote existing solutions for insurance scheme, SME scheme other companies’ solutions
• Doctor/Clinic Engagement & Support:
• Conduct regular visits to clinics to encourage claim submissions.
• Foster strong relationships with clinic staff to facilitate ongoing collaboration.
• Provide training and support to clinics on claim submission processes.
• Invoicing & Payment Management:
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to insurance and corporate clients.
• Manage timely settlement of payments to healthcare providers.
• Monitor and resolve any billing issues to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, product management, or a related role preferably within the healthcare industry.
